The purchase of glasses or frames for eyeglasses for sale on the website www.ossunglasses.com is consequential to the conclusion of a contract of sale between the user of the site and the company OS GROUP SRLS with registered office in Via Volte n 24 Gragnano (NA) VAT number n.09406451212 , registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Naples, with REA (administrative economic directory) number NA-1030140 . The sale and purchase contract is concluded on the Site, it is therefore a distance contract (the legal transaction having as object movable goods) concluded between the Company and the User in the framework of a distance selling system organized by the Company that, for this contract, it uses the distance communication technology called "internet". The purchase agreement is concluded with the acceptance by the Company of the order placed by the User on the Site. The User’s order, being subject to the availability of the requested Product models, as well as the place of delivery and other factors, constitutes the proposal that may be accepted or rejected by the Company at its sole discretion. The Company’s acceptance takes place through the order confirmation that is sent to the email address indicated by the User following receipt of the order. If the user does not receive the Order Confirmation, the same shall be deemed to be refused by the Company. Without prejudice, of course, to the possibility of an express refusal sent by any means (including by ordinary e-mail) by the Company.

By sending the purchase order through the Site, the User declares that he has read these conditions of sale and the payment conditions and accepts them in full.

If the User is an end consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the sale will have to keep (printing or saving electronic copy) these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Payment as they will remain applicable to your purchase even if subsequently modified by the Company.

In fact, these Terms of Sale, together with the Terms of Payment and the Privacy Policy, may be updated or modified at any time by the Company that will give notice according to times and methods that will be defined unilaterally by the same at its sole discretion.

The price of the Products, already indicated on the site, will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation in a separate manner for each of the Products ordered. The Company reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of the Products not available in stock at the time of the Order Confirmation according to the current price lists if they are different from those of the order date. The Order Confirmation will contain the image and model of the Products ordered, the order number, the date and time of the order and the User’s data. In the event of temporary unavailability of the Products ordered, the User will be notified promptly and will have the right to choose whether to perfect the purchase or to renounce the same. The User undertakes to promptly notify the Company of any corrections to be made to the data. The data included in the Order Confirmation will be necessary for the delivery of the Products and to identify all communications between the User and the Company.

The image accompanying the Products may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics of the same and may differ in color and size.
