SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping – Italy
Orders are shipped via GLS or BRT express courier.
Shipping costs start from €3.90.
Delivery generally takes 1–2 business days from order dispatch.
For minor islands, delivery may take approximately 72 business hours.
Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, the Customer must refuse delivery or accept it with reservation and immediately notify us.
The courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail, the Customer may choose between:
– Free pickup at the courier’s local depot
– A third delivery attempt at a cost of €3.00
Delays caused by couriers or force majeure events are not attributable to OS GROUP SRLS.
International Shipping – Europe
International orders within Europe are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express, depending on the selected service.
Shipping costs start from €5.90.
Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days from dispatch.
Switzerland (Non-EU)
Estimated delivery time: 7–9 business days.
Shipping is carried out via registered mail.
International Shipping (Outside Europe)
Orders destined for countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs indicated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days from order processing.
Certain destinations may require longer delivery times, as specified at checkout.
If the Customer refuses delivery due to customs hold, unpaid duties, or failure to authorize customs clearance, any return shipping and handling fees charged by the courier (generally approximately €30) will be deducted from the refund or charged to the Customer.
