Our products are shipped via GLS Italia Express Courier which will deliver the items fully packed and undamaged, in the absence of these conditions it is necessary to refuse the delivery. The goods are normally delivered within 24/48 hours except delays in courier deliveries, stocks, etc., except for the Minor Islands for which the delivery is due 72 hours from receipt of payment and from the processing of the order. The delivery time is calculated in working days.
Working days are intended from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays provided for by law. We advise our customers to be at home and contactable by phone/mobile within 48 working hours to receive the delivery. GLS couriers try the delivery a maximum of two times; if the customer is absent both times, he will be contacted by our Customer Service. The two ways to receive the package are: Stop deposit (the customer will have to reach the closest GLS office to collect their parcel at no additional cost) or a Third Delivery (the customer can request a third delivery at a cost of € 3.00).

The costs for international shipments start from € 11, and they vary according to the country of delivery. The goods are normally delivered within 72/96 hours from the processing of the order. SWITZERLAND (EXTRA EU): Shipments to Switzerland will take 10/15 working days from the processing of the order, as the shipment will be made by registered post.
According to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005), if the Customer is a Consumer (That is a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, namely they do not indicate a VAT Reference when making a purchase on OS SUNGLASSES), they are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without need to provide explanations, with additional shipping costs of € 9 (cash payment to the courier who will collect the goods). The Customer must send to OS SUNGLASSES a Notice of Withdrawal within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods. This notice must be sent by email (ossunglasses@gmail.com) or through our WhatsApp Assistance (+39 3472620878).
Once we have received the aforementioned Notice of Withdrawal, OS SUNGLASSES will communicate to the Customer the Instructions on how to return the goods which will be picked up by our courier with a service called EXCHANGE, so our company will take care of all the return practice.
The product will be changed within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the goods by OS SUNGLASSES . The exchange can be made with any other product in our collection; if the product has a higher price than the one previously purchased, the customer must pay the difference of price.
OS SUNGLASSES reserves the right not to accept the request for the exchange of goods if the returned products are without original packaging, showing signs of use, missing accessories or other defects and/or deficiencies that cancel the integrity of the product.

Once we have received the Notice of Withdrawal, OS SUNGLASSES will communicate to the Customer the Instructions on how to return the goods which will be picked up by our courier and taken to our offices.
To make a return, the Customer can contact us at info@ossunglasses.com or at WhatsApp +39 3472620878 writing their order number ,name and surname. We will immediately communicate instructions, methods, and times for the processing of the return.
The Customer will be refunded within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods by OS SUNGLASSES . The refund will be made of an amount equal to the cost of the products purchased and returned, to which will be subtracted a flat shipping cost of € 9.00 (includes shipping and withdrawal costs ). OS SUNGLASSES reserves the right not to accept the return request if the returned products are without original packaging, showing signs of use, missing accessories, or other defects and/or deficiencies that cancel the integrity of the product.
Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the Goods Received and, if there are obvious anomalies or defects, must give notice to the seller Within 48 working hours of receipt of the goods purchased. *Otherwise it will be considered as accidental damage not attributable to us. In the event of a lack of conformity, OS SUNGLASSES will restore the conformity of the product by replacing the purchased item. The Risk of loss or damage to the Goods is Automatically Transferred to the Purchaser when he (or a third party appointed by It other than the Carrier) acquires the physical possession of the goods.
The product will be changed within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the goods by OS SUNGLASSES.
