Right of Withdrawal – European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

The return handling fee for Italy is €9.00 and will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Products must be:

– Unused
– Undamaged
– In original packaging
– Complete with all accessories

Returns – United States & Non-EU Countries

For Customers located outside the European Union, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Exclusion of Withdrawal – Customized Products

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and applicable EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products.

This includes prescription lenses manufactured according to the Customer’s medical prescription or specific parameters.

For customers outside the European Union, customized products are not eligible for return.

The statutory warranty remains applicable in case of defects or non-conformity.
