Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes a contractual offer.

The contract is concluded when the Customer receives order confirmation via email.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of product unavailability, suspected fraud, or evident pricing errors.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT where applicable.

The applicable price is the one shown at checkout.

Customized Products

Orders for customized products, including prescription lenses, are final upon confirmation and are not eligible for cancellation or return, except in cases of defects or non-conformity.

Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty rights applicable in the country of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

– Delivery delays caused by carriers
– Improper use of products
– Indirect or consequential damages

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For Consumers residing in the European Union, jurisdiction lies with the court of the Customer’s place of residence.

For business customers (B2B), jurisdiction lies exclusively with the Court of Naples, Italy.
